A: Once given an address we insert it into Google Earth to map out the linear footage of your home (the length the exterior walls run), we use this number and various other factors to determine our pricing on your project!

A: We recommend bundling window cleaning with a house wash due to Michigan's hard water, which can leave stubborn water marks on your windows. After a house wash, the hard water deposits can become more noticeable and harder to remove over time. By adding window cleaning, we ensure your entire home looks spotless and streak-free. We even offer a discount when you bundle the services— providing you with amazing value and convenience.

A: Once a work order is in place a email will be sent with proper instructions on how to prepare for your wash! If you have not received this please contact us. But broken down simply for most house wash, concrete cleaning, and gutter cleaning jobs we ask the following:
1. Have an accessible spigot
2. Shut all windows
3. Keep all pets inside during the wash (They are safe to return to the area once the wash is complete)
4. Clear the areas being washed, moving items about 7 feet away from those areas
5. Relocate cars outside of the driveway ~15 mins before your tech arrives!

A: It's recommended to soft wash your home once a year. Doing so helps to maintain a clean, attractive appearance and prevents the buildup of any organic growth, which can lead to damage on your home's exterior over time!

A: Yes, Due to fluctuating costs we ensure pricing accuracy by limiting the validity period to 2 weeks from the date the quote is sent to your email or phone number provided!

A: We include our Total Property Protection with every service for free! This is our exterior safeguard system to help ensure absolutely no mishaps. With Total Property Protection we tape off everything from Ring doorbells, and electrical outlets, to covering plants that may be in the splash zone! We know your house is a home, and we respect it as so!

A: We accept all traditional forms of payment: Cash, Check, and Debit/Credit card (via Square). Payment is taken upon completion of your wash!
