Lets jump into what steps we take, and how this benefits you for absolutely no cost.
What steps do we take?
Covering outdoor outlets, ring doorbells, and certain utility boxes from overspray
Constant watering and/or covering of plants during washing process
We supply everybody with our “customer pre-service checklist” which is not a chore list, but cooperation with this checklist ensure 0 possibility for mishaps
When needed we will spray a chemical neutralizer, but this is often unneeded
Informing you of any damage prior to starting; we’ll always tell you our game-plan to protect your property
Does every plant, outlet or utility box need covered?
No! Some plants or outlets may be more out of the way than you think. Our techs are trained to spot what things may or may not be in the danger zone at a glance and if something needs to be covered, we hold materials to cover these areas on every trailer. We also do a pre-wash walk to note any previous damage, outlets and plants that need to be covered, and areas that will need more attention when washing. No spot is too small for our attention!
