Pricing on Pressure Washing can depend on many things, from what surface you’re dealing with, to the amount of chemical needed. Both of these factors plus some are taken into account based on the linear ft of your home which is mapped out in the quoting process via Google Earth.

In Michigan, we experience all four seasons, which means homes and businesses are exposed to a variety of weather conditions, from harsh winters to humid summers. How the process works!
Most pressure washing businesses nowadays use a method called “Remote Quoting”. Remote quoting is done by searching your home on Google Earth, and then mapping out the area to be cleaned, whether it be a gutter cleaning, or a roof wash and that number is how we get our pricing.
